1. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment via the online booking system. Prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund
• 48–72 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

Reschedules are welcome subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Tour Modifications

NotoNote reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must be a minimum height of 120 cm (4 ft) to ride a bicycle. All participants are required to wear provided helmets at all times during cycling activities.

5. Liability

NotoNote is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in tours, except where caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers outdoor activities.
